Old Man's Valley update for 14 Dec
Trail reopened on Saturday 13th. There were just a few damp patches remaining this morning, but it was mostly dry.

Ourimbah State Forest update for 14 Dec
Trail is in great condition, but be aware that the 2nd bridge after Drop-Off is broken and unless you're Danny Mac you need to stop and walk or ride through the creek bed. An old plastic bridge in Graveyard also requires a little bunny hop.

OMV Bike Festival Cyclocross Race
In the weeks preceding the OMV bike festival a few Over Yonder Racing
riders ventured out to do a bit of a recy on our cyclocross bikes of the OMV trails.
That day was dry & dusty & the sun was baking hot & humidity high.
We all had a blast railing the corners & humps on our cx bikes
& were pumped for the upcoming race.
Come the 13th of December, & the conditions were much different.
In the days leading up, Sydney has received its fair share of rain,
& on Thursday, it was looking like the wet weather may even postpone the event.
Wylde Roly Poly crash today - Lost Helmet
Hi all,
A guy named Michael came off on the Roly Poly today at Wylde MTB park.
I suspect his shoulder may have dislocated and popped back in.
We helped him back to the car park where somebody came to meet him and take him and his car home.
I wanted to post this because he left his Helmet in my car as we were taking him and his bike back.
I'm fairly sure he said he was from the North Shore, so I thought I would try my luck on here.
He rides a yellow 27.5 inch dually, can't remember which brand.
If any of you happen to know him please put him in touch with me.

Awaba State Forest update for 14 Dec
Definitely no moisture issues, track is nice dry but there are a couple of massive trees that have blown over. Requires carrying your bike through the bush to get around them.
