Manly Dam update for 10 Dec
Rode lunchtime 09/Dec.
Surprisingly very dry and in great condition.
I'd rate it amber only due to a few puddles.
A few minor puddles on the s bends just after Seaforth Bowlo. Also, a few minor puddles between the Golf Course Rock lookout up to the rock garden before the Trig Track. Nothing major - your tyres will get wet.

Terrey Hills update for 09 Dec
Rode Perimeter and Long Trail from Japanese School. I don't know how much rain Terrey Hills has had these past few days but track is surprisingly unboggy. The 2 creek crossings are no deeper than usual. Sand nicely dampened down. All good.

Anybody keen to join for a long ride Sunday morning (obviously weather and creek levels permitting). Might throw in Euroka and Bennets Ridge on the way up to make the way up a little more interesting.
The pies just taste so much better after this!
Ride Day 5 at Rotorua
After riding 5 days out of 6 I think I found the young blokes limits today. Considering he's done very little riding recently he certainly exceeded my expectations. Ah, to be 18 again!
After a couple of passes around The Dipper, and a run down The Challenge that was blocked off during logging earlier in the week, and The Roadside Challenge it was enough. Time to head back for dinner.
He was still smiling though. His verdict on the week: "tough but fun" and keen to come back. "Dad, can you buy me a Cannondale Trigger?

Just wondering as obviously the storms were pretty epic,it wasnt as bad over our way but less riding options here,cheers

Terrey Hills update for 07 Dec
Rode around mid day and all was good. sand had all been damped down and was fairly firm. one or two puddles but nothing to worry about. Pretty minimal clean required afterwards !
Don't know what it is like after this evenings hail storm though.....
