TrailFlix.com shutting down
Recently, I was made aware that Sydney's primary MTB track information page, TrailFlix is going to close after 7 years on the next as a result of the time, effort and other commitments (such as cycling itself!)
Clean Racing Update
Well our team is up and running with the first two members. One who wants to drop a few kgs and achieve a PB at the Fling, and another who Is already pretty lean and fit, but also wants to get faster at the Fling. So we're putting together training and nutrition plans this week, which is perfect timing with 2 months til race day.
I'll post updates from time to time and ask them to give their own appraisal of the program for anyone else who's considering joining us.

Roundabout near Japanese School, Terrey Hills (end of Echunga road)
It's on again ...SOCIAL Night Ride @ Terrey Hills, Perimeter + Long Trail
This ride starts at 7:00pm at the Japanese School Roundabout (end of Echunga road), to avoid any muddy bits and to get us back in time to get schnitzeling at the Tavern.
The more the merrier.
