Padding recommendation
Had a fairly major crash six weeks ago that resulted in a broken elbow. Still some time till full recovery but want to make sure I have some good elbow and knee pads for when I can ride again. I focus on endurance rides so really looking for something comfortable and not bulky. Any recommendations? Thanks

Great Northern Road update for 30 Apr
A few sandy patches and a couple of slow drying puddles. Plenty of low hanging shrubbery and the rocky step ups are not getting any easier, but otherwise business as usual.

Generally the trails are in good condition. There's still a few puddles and soft spots in lower areas after last month's heavy rain.

Wildflower Garden update for 29 Apr
Rode through from Linigen Pl to the old Nursery, Nursery Track, Horse Track and Muppets. Only a couple of wet spots on Linigen, Nursery Track is fine (still a little slippery near the top end), Horse Track is fine, Muppets is OK - some directional arrows on it now (clockwise). Not sure if these are leftovers from a trail run? Tree is still down across the track and getting even lower. Someone is roughing in an interesting bypass.

Royal National Park update for 29 Apr
Singletracks that I rode are 99% dry with some puddles near Temptation Creek.
Firetrails are all dry, good to see that the mud pits along the tram tracks are filled with rocks and gravels
