wood bike made and filmed in Newcastle

Hi all, just thought you might be interested in a video of a wood bike that was made in Newcastle by Nic Roberts for his HSC project. The video was shot in Newcastle.

The rims and handlebars are also wooden and are made in Italy

All good. The only caution is to watch out when riding onto Kenny's, right behind the noticeboard.

This area is apparently now someones toilet.

Seat moves / tilts when I ride.

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.

My seat is changing its tilt position when I ride. It's so annoying that I turned around and came home rather than go riding at Glenrock.

The seat post is a Pro Tharsis and I have the clamp tightened to 13nm as recommended.

Note: This is a new problem and my fear is that the post has worn out - which is not good considering it has only had minimal use.

Any suggestions ?

All in good order. Dry through Baileys and only a couple of tiny puddles on Shaft. Still blocked between Shitworks and Snakes & Ladders by construction work.

Kennys Mudhole

NB: Originally posted elsewhere on the Global Riders Network and appears via syndication.
Below is a preview, click to read the full post

I have the following timber structure that I built as a boat slipway recently but ws not allowed to use at it needs a DA on the Lake shore. It is solidly built and i will fix timber slats across it to form the running surface. I will do this at my own cost and some riding friends have agreed to help install it over the Kennys Mudhole.
the idea is to bridge the area, and reduce errosion.

Please can someone let me know who I should contact to get acceptance to undertake this upgrade.
