Dry apart from one boggy hollow just before the 'G-Out' in the Lost Forest (take the right and treat it like a berm), and one muddy part in the Graveyard which has a dry line through it. So many new lines around the place, and quite rutty, rocky and rooty - much more challenging these days!

Do you have more information?

"So many new lines around the place, and quite rutty, rocky and rooty - much more challenging these days!"

Rode there on Saturday. The new lines seem to me to correspond to sections where recent formal track work has been carried out to re-route the track around eroded sections. I assume it is the intention to let the old lines become overgrown and obselete.

To me the track seems to be getting more groomed and easier over time. The only section that seemed to be a bit more challenging than previously, and which could be described as "rutty, rocky and rooty" was heart break hill. Although maybe that section just seemed more challenging because all the other bits were so smooth?

Lost Forest looked very boggy to me so turned around and stayed off that section. Meadows is also suffering the effects of rain induced erosion that has probably been made worse due to being ridden on while wet.

Not having a dig, but I stand by my comments. It may be getting easier because of increased fitness and/or skill? I know that I am getting around a lot quicker these days.
