My first ride of Cascades since my off. Unbelievably cautious. I don't think I have ever ridden so slow. Everything looks so scary when you go slow. All the baby head rocks become dangerous and hard to miss. Its like starting over again. I think its been around 8 weeks and shoulder is still recovering. Probably 90% now.
ahh thats too bad i wasn't on cascades for long thou i just went home via cascades i was in terry hllls mostly.
Trails still very wet thou and the mud is verrrry sticky, especially the top of mona vale snigle.
Didn't even no you came off, i guess thats why i haven't seen you around. Good to hear your getting better thou.
