Green/Open Didn't ride the full Dam loop as I did Possums, Serrata and Pipeline before rejoining the Dam track, but everything was dry and in good condition. Get out there!

Just did the full loop - yep it's green and good to go.
Some minor sandy bits on the descent to the creek crossing.
Creek crossing is wet but all else ok.
btw....the whole trail is that much more enjoyable on a FS bike with a dropper post
What did you get?
First FS bike so nothing to compare it to but coming from a Trek Superfly Hardtail 29er it has been a smooth transition and I love it.
Had a ride on one at the Trek test day at OMV. I just slotted straight in - it felt so natural. The 1x11 felt a bit weird to start with - crashing thru the gears 3-4 at a time when the trail pointed suddenly upwards instead of a simple switch on the front.
And I wasn't at all keen on the dropper post, but I've since bought a used one to try again. Mainly I want to see if it gives me a bit more safety margin on Gahnia and Serrata while I learn my way around them.
