Amber/Some Issues Detour is still in place and the riders I saw out on the trail this morning were respecting the detour. Trail is a bit damp in places but perfectly rideable.
Do you have more information?
If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.

Add in Possums, Kev and that down hill section to the bus stop on the other side of the parkway and it's a nice 14-15k loop - you hardly miss anything with the detour (Allambie Park now open so only 1 detour above the hydro lab).
For the detour - go straight down the hill to the bottom and then turn right - the first street on the right just loops back around.

Anyway, most riders seem to be respecting it. I only saw one set of tracks in the mud at the bottom of the old line, looked like some old narrow-tyred Bicycle Shaped Object. Nothing from the new work and the warning tape was still intact.
I need to ride my local trail more often. My first lap I was like a tentative old woman.
