Duck Hole/Terrey Hills Trail update for 08 Feb
Fine, but the very odd puddle at the water bars towards the bottom of the steep section, some standing water along the middle flat section at the top and some soft/muddy areas behind the houses along from the RFS station.
All very navigable so calling it green.

Terrey Hills update for 08 Feb
Rode from Nerang and back and a number of large and unavoidable puddles adorn Perim in the usual places through to the School, so Im calling it Amber, but after that and all the way out Long it is in good nick.
If you ride from Nerang you will be washing the bike. Otherwise start from the School or give it a few days.

Carbon frame repair?
Can anyone recommend a good carbon frame repair shop, pref around northern beaches. I need to asses and fix if required.

Bantry Bay update for 07 Feb
Rode ghania last night and it was great. 95% dry as that rock armouring does wonders. The top of the dam on the other hand was really quite wet. I'd stick to the bantry bay side only if you want to keep your bike clean

Ourimbah State Forest update for 06 Feb
Rode this trail on Saturday 31st Jan, the sky was clear, and the track was clear. Some minor puddles. Bridges are all repaired and working.

Kiwarrak State Forest update for 06 Feb
Had the place to myself this afternoon. Flowy, chocolate foot loop single track fun.
The singletrack is in prime condition, some of the fire trails had sections of standing water easily avoidable.
