Fox Shock "Stuck Down"
Does anyone know of any bike shops on the Northshore/Northern Beaches that services Fox Shocks? I have a Float R roughly 2006 model with "stuck down". I'm usually willing to try and service things myself but I'm a bit worried about this one.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Bit sketchy on some of the downhill corners so go easy. Dry conditions on the trail.

shimano GP7 Mount Annan
An enjoyable day racing at Mount Annan.
The short loop was used, cutting out the fire trail climb at the end. I'm not sure what the actual length of lap was but it seemed to be about 8.5 - 9 km. This produced quick laps which suited our team. The trail has bedded in a lot compared to the last time I raced here, it feels a lot more natural than it did. I really enjoyed racing here, just need to learn how to do the switchback berms!
Big thanks to the organisers for doing a great job and also to the guy at the Shimano tent for lending me his bottle cage as I forgot my camelback.

There is a tree down around 100metres from the single trail on the long downhill stretch. Other then that it's high and dry!

And not a Moto in sight all morning.
The wild flowers are coming out, and the sniggle was as picturesque as it could be.

Terrey Hills update for 26 Aug
Still a few short muddy sections behind the houses on the section of Perimeter between Nerang Ave and Japanese School.
Two of the short steep descents are quite eroded, and your view of the first of them is partly obscured by the water bar as you come in to it on the outbound leg. The second you'll see as you climb up it to the Japanese School intersection.
Other than that, all good. Relatively busy for an afternoon - quite a few family groups.

Royal National Park update for 26 Aug
Singletrails are dry and in great shape. Couple of small puddles on the fire trails, but overall great riding. Get on it.
Also a reminder, these trails will be closed for a while from next weekend onwards, due to a bushfire prevention burnoff.

Manly Dam update for 26 Aug
All good. Quite busy this morning. The track is getting cleaner and faster as it dries and there is more traffic.
Somebody dumbed down a few of the steps at the end of the track before the Hydraulics Lab 
Lots of rabbits about - funny how last week they were baiting foxes, and this week we have a plague of rabbits. Also saw two chickens in the rock garden alongside Wakehurst Parkway.
The Butcher of Gibbs Street was sitting there, but he didn't attack me this time

Manly Dam update for 25 Aug
Attacked by a red-belly black snake!! Did lap around midday today and big red belly launched itself at me as I flew down the main hill from Wakehurst. The snake was sunning itself on the rock on the LHS of the fire trail just inside the big left loop before the sandstone slab. I was moving quick so the snake missed me. I stopped and walked back and it was about 1.2m - 1.5m long and fat, and pretty agitated. I stopped another rider before he got the same as me from the snake. It soon moved off in to the bushes.
Watch out kids, it's that time of year!!
