Starting of the year in the right way... great ride and beautiful afternoon glow and smiles all around!
Red Hill - rim ride.

At the gate beside the corner of road - lady penryhn drive, Beacon Hill.
A social ride for a couple of hours. Fairly technical - so not for beginners.
Lights
I am looking to do night rides but don't know what light to buy.
Can anyone recommend riding lights.
Brand/price/shop would be handy but type and lumens is enough

Hopefully a blood free ride this time, with a return time early enough, for those who wish, to order food.
spelling
Pedal is spelt as I've done here. The spelling peddle is not only incorrect, it refers to a different activity altogether. Therefore, when riding a bike, one is pedalling, not peddling.

The car park on Commerce Lane Glenbrook. It's conveniently placed directly behind the bakery that is popular after doing The Oaks.
There are some wonderful single tracks in this area with plenty of shade and techy fun bits but not overly hard, a reasonable fitness and level of experience is required for this ride. Fun rating ****

What could have been?
Alas some noobies stopped on the single track on a slope and i had to get off the bike to get past.
Oh what time could i have done i wonder? 86% average and 96% peak!
