Fox shock rebuild question

Hello everyone! Just a quick question, Ive noticed my rear shock is leaking a bit of air and for reference its an rp23s. How hard is it to service myself? Im assuming its just seals and fluid but is there any difference in servicing an rp23 and an rp23s?

Also where is the best place to get the seals and oil from? I really don't want to send the shock to fox for $250!!!!! Absolute madness..

Cheers,

Jono.

Specialised Roubaix stolen from Mount St

Just reporting that my all white Specialised Roubiax was stolen from inside a security bike lockup Mount Street North Sydney and cable cut and past security camera. Gutted. I wonder if insurance coming to party. Lesson, only ride shit bikes to work. Frame number ends with 259078B

Hi guys,
Just need some advice, do LBS do Fox Fork & Shock servicing, or is it better to get it done by specialists?

Never had them seviced yet, but have never had any problems either.

There’s something about Stromlo…..

My 3 DNF’s have all been there or thereabouts. The wet Capital Punishment in 2010 due to the mud, the predecessor to this event also in 2010, due to a sore back. This time, it was a HR that quickly went through the roof and refused to settle down. I should have pulled out on the first climb, but stumbled around for a full lap with plenty of rest stops thrown in and lots of spinning in low gears. Managed to finish 1 lap just ahead of the 2 lap winners.

Back wheel question

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

HI all

I noticed my back wheel has a bit of a wobble in it, then a couple of days later a spoke has come loose, or at least thats the order I think it happened in. Coincidence?

What should I do, new wheel or should it be fixable?

How do I know if the wheel is buckled, I've taken off the wheel, tire and tube, and when i spin the rim it has a little wobble in it.. Rim is a bontrager x lite..

also, any opinions on these guys?

Possum

Who built this thing? I want to hug him. Gosh this thing is awesome, just so much fun to ride. With all the "official" trails around I took my time to actually find and ride it but I shouldnt have. This is one of the best trails on the Northern Beaches I think, love it! Thanks!

Do you have more information?
