2 brand new Yeti's stolen from secure underground car park, 2 block locks on the garage door & chained together with bike locks etc in the garage(what do you have to do to be secure). Reported to police with serial #'s photos & video.
Black ARC-C (29er) large & Medium frame 575 (27.5) Yeti turquoise. Have loads of video but with heads wrapped doesn't give that much help. They took over an hour to bust throught my garage door early Friday (Feb 20th)morning between 1 & 3.00am afer crow barring one of the fire exit doors to gain access to the car park & bringing bolt/chain cutters with them.

3 day's tearing up the Nations Capital
Hi all,
Myself and a few buddies are travelling down to Canberra this weekend for 3 days on a dedicated Mtb road trip, call it mtb boot camp if you will. None of us are very familiar with the trails down there and want your advice, where should we be riding for those 3 day's?? Stromlo is definitely on our list but we'd like to ride some more trails also I've heard you guy's are spoilt for great single track down there so give me the low down please!!!

Roubaix thief North Sydney caught on video surveillance.
The thief looks late twenties, fit as a bike rider, black tee-shirt, blue jeans, khaki cap, small backpack which probably includes side cutters and small bolt cutter. He also has my dark blue helmet with black sun shade and with helmet mounted light which is a little unusual. Video shows him very casually walking in and riding out, a pro, with I am sure many of our bikes under his belt. The Police also now have the pictures. Please call CrimeStoppers if you recognise him.

Anyone know how the guy airlifted out of Gharnia is?
Hope he's better than the appearance of the air-ambulance suggested

Signs to guide people around Bantry Bay loop?
The new Gahnia and Serrata trails have bought many more people to ride in Bantry Bay which is great.
What I've noticed though is that there is no guidance for people to link the trails up... So people are just finding their own way... And the most obvious is to go across the southern oval in Forestville and up the walking trail that links to the Bluff. There's two issues with this:
A. It puts riders onto the same trail in opposite directions
B. It puts riders onto the rockshelf / carvings which are now out of bounds.

Old Man's Valley update for 22 Feb
Officially it's open however it's very slippery out there this morning and a few small puddles just after Turkey Royale. Lava flow is pretty damp, I'd give it a day or two to dry out and do some hill training at Quarry or Nth Turra trails instead

Dropper seatpost and top tube converters
I've always lugged my 06 Reign around on a towbar mounted rack with a top tube converter. Today I switched out the seatpost for a Giant Contact dropper post - has anyone had any experience with dropper posts being ruined by top tube converters?
I assume the posts work really when used properly, ie, being sat on, but not sure whether they'll go as well being pulled the other way when in transit using a top tube converter.
FYI, I can manually pull the seatpost so it fully extends even when the trigger isn't pressed...there's no locking mechanism to stop it moving upwards.
