Amber/Some Issues Start of Perimeter is quite wet and should be avoided. I suggest starting your ride from the Japanese school.
Long track is great - give this part a green 
I bailed out at the Japanese school on the way home today to avoid the wettest part of Perimeter.
Didn't ride the rest of TH (Sandy, Neverfail, Larool) as these are normally the wettest of all TH.
Do you have more information?
