Track is in good condition and great to ride 
although the sand patches do keep you on your toes.
I'm amazed there isn't more rides / comments on this track as it's got something for everyone. Longer than Appin and/or Ourimbah, only 35 mins from the city and some really technical challenges mixed with windy forest single track.
