Green/Open I'd call it perfect condition at the moment. Small avoidable puddles at places
Right amount of moisture on the trail, to give it that extra grip.
No motos and no signs of wildlife, not even a bunny seen.
Also managed to get up the step ups before the boardwalk without getting off the bike !
