Amber/Some Issues Nerang to Japanese school is a bog. Needs 2 or 3 more days like today to dry it out. Other trails in the area also have large, deep, muddy puddles across the track.
I'd say avoid Nerang end of Perimeter and be prepared for a good wash of the bike for other trails.
