Lane Cove National Park update for 13 Aug

Rode through from De Burgh's Bridge to the top of Devlins this morning. The sections up to Brown's Waterhole are wet in the sort of places you normally expect after rain (OK maybe not this long after rain). There is a big bog hole just after Browns Waterhole, where some new drainage work has been tried and pretty much failed. Devlin's from the Lane Cove River end to Whale Rock is a mess, with the pipeline workers still beavering away and chewing the track up. Upstream of Whale Rock it is still a bit wet in places. Some of the new drainage work done in the wake of the pipe work has helped, some of it hasn't.
