Green/Open Dry, and loose and soft in places. Section from RFS to Jap School has two easily avoidable puddles. Long trail has the two usual puddles but again easily avoidable. It was rather warm today - supposedly thats as good as altitude training for training adaptation. Well, that's what I was telling myself whene trying to spin up the pinches in the heat.
