What was the upper section of BJ's looking like?
I thought about a ride and ended up trail building at Awaba. New stuff there is looking interesting.
section below log roll off is getting rutted & loose-very very dusty,as Mick said yesterday will need rock armouring.
Just got smashed by a massive storm, so for those who were complaining about dust and needing rain to set in the new work, your prayers have been answered!
Not to sound like I am complaining, but some more rain would have been nice.
Still, the rain we just had should mean a good ride tomorrow.
New stuff at Awaba - tell us more ?
Further extension to the red loop. Will add at least 1.5km to the trail when done. A few more bowls, a few jumps and a lot of descending trail.
Still a long way from being open, photos coming.
