Tracks are absolutely saturated and will not take kindly to being ridden at the moment. Contrary to popular opinion the sand round here does not drain well at all and gets absolutely trashed by horses and bikes riding when we have had this much rain. Save your bike and the tracks and stay away for a while. Sadly as they drain so badly they will be amongst the last in the area to be fit to ride again when it finally dries out.

Do you have more information?

If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.

The Perimeter Track is soaked with many sections having flowing water down the track and not just across it. In short, it needs some time and some TLC to clear surface water. Terrey Hills has suffered this year with very heavy rain with heavy traffic from vehicles, horses, bikes etc. .... it should be fair by next weekend and great by the following if we allow some time for recovery.
