Still wet, the first section from Nerang Ave to the Japanese school is so wet and chewed up it should be avoided. The recent dry stretch hasn't helped dry it out at all. This section is definitely Red / Closed.
Otherwise the rest of of the trail (after the Japanese school) is drying and has a few wet / boggy patches that can be mostly avoided. Centre / Duckholes are still a better bet to ride at the moment.

the conditions have improved but there are still some mud ruts and plenty of horse shit and flies.
still good conditions for a ride!
