Green/Open Still some water about in the usual places - the all weather road sections after Manly Vale School and on the Allambie side - but overall the track is good.
I saw a 2.5 metre diamond python this morning, plus some dude riding an orange unicycle. Never a dull moment

I rode Sunday afternoon and it was pretty good. Its not going to get much better unfortunately as winter is well and truly on its way
To the 2 idiots riding the trail backwards, do us a favour and do the right thing and ride in a clockwise direction. You knew you weren't doing the right thing which is worst part!!!!
Hopefully the person who was being looked at by the Ambo's is alright. I think its over on the downhill area near Alambie Heights, there was a huge bunch of people hanging around. I was concentrating on the trail and not hitting any of them and didn't notice the paramedics attending to someone. I only realised something was wrong when i saw the Ambulance parked in the side street.
I hope nothing major had happened and that everyone is ok
