Top of Springwoo ridge and single track from Halcyon pde are in great condition at the moment, despite recent rains, the drainage work that has been done is now bearing fruit, one thing that keeps happening, where you drop into the creek bed, somebody keeps "damming" the rock drainage, anybody who rides there can do me a favour and stop and fix it when riding past, i havent been down there for 5weeks due to sick and holidays and it hasnt been touched since!
Havent been down to the grotto, will go down and fix it all up very soon, havent been down there for about 3 months, will be interesting to see it, as far as blue gum goes, i am assuming that it would be very wet down the bottom, have fixed one of the massive puddles, will look into the rest, shaws ridge should be fine considering its a ridge ride, just stay out of blue gum if wet!

Do you have more information?

If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.

According to one of the locals, the big puddle that was drained at the bottom of the Shaw's downhill next to the camping area is still draining well. Nice.

Went down to that bbq puddle today big fella, it is looking awesome, although a 4wdrive got through there and made it a bit muddy, but riders have been fantastic and ridden the track awesome, the other puddles/bog holes are a different story, somebody has cut a track beside the last big puddle, this is definitely a no no, if npws finds this, it will cause big dramas!
You and I need to go down there and look and discuss!
