As noted previously, the Warringah Council Facebook page says that Manly Dam is open for mountain biking.
However the gate across the entry to the Golf Course Singletrack is still there and the sign says closed.
But if you were to act based on Facebook and climb under you would find the track is indeed very clean and rideable with some mostly avoidable puddles and a little seepage in all the expected places. Not as wet as I was expecting. I only did one lap - I think if you did two or more then your bike would need a clean and a bit of attention to the drivetrain.
If there is no more rain then I'd guess it will be "green/open" before the weekend.
Do you have more information?
If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.

A number of the "closed" signs that were up on Thursday have been removed but the gate to the WP singletrack was locked .... ??
It is pretty wet in places.... But gee it was a nice evening for a ride
Anyone ride this arvo/evening? Dry enough for multiple laps without damaging your gear?
It's drier than yesterday... Not sure if its 2 lap worthy though.
