Quite crowded yesterday. I was there about 7 trying to miss the peak time. Lots of riders coming in after 8, good to see the track getting plenty of use. I know its a 2 way track, so some of those blind corners make things interesting when a rider is coming the other way.
The long-standing convention is that the circuit is used clockwise only.
I know the track markers on the ground indicate otherwise in some places but, as you say, on the singletrack blind corners this unwise and it's a good idea to advise folks riding in reverse the convention is to ride clockwise.
How will the dam look tomorrow? Or still too wet?
although its still officially open.....I'd personally be inclined to leave it. It came down with rain pretty hard at times.
