Green/Open Rode from Nerang out the the lookout and back. Couple of puddles close to Nerang but apart from that it was perfect. The light rain this morning has settled the sand so it's quite fast.

Feeling better everyday! Can't wait to really attack the new Bantry Bay trails although that's still a few weeks away. Looks like I've retained decent fitness using the trainer so thanks for the tips!
How did he wrist pull up afterwards?
Although I'm still avoiding big hits so picking smooth lines and backing off over the water bars. But still, the general ride and having the wrist flexing for an hour on the trail and it's held up very well. Just looking forward to ramping up the k's over the next few weeks and seeing how it goes.
