Message from NPWS:
The Engravings Trail and Gahnia Mountain Bike Track will be closed between 9am and 4pm weekdays commencing Thursday 26th February to Friday 6th March 2015. Please follow the direction of any signage in place onsite.
Works being undertaken include filling a number of large depressions along the Engravings Trail surface. We apologise for any inconvenience and anticipate that upon completion the works will improve your visit and help us to protect the natural and cultural values of the area.

What's being done to Gahnia?
Those bog holes were growing ever bigger.
Really....I must not be looking...what holes?
They're only upgrading the fire trail.
