Cascades update for 14 Aug
Descended Heath Trail and climbed quarry today. Heath was wet where you'd expect with some eroded water bars. Eyes up about half way down as one bar has some deep erosions that could cause trouble. Quarry climb was dry but tough as surface isn't the best. Though having not ridden in a month or soit was probably more me than the trail conditions . So all rideable but your bike will get muddy. Let's hope for another fine week.
Not sure where updates for st Ives single and muppets go so will put them here:
St Ives single from wildflower to Showground is dry, then from Showground to muppets is pretty good. But muppets is a write off from pretty much half way down descent to half way up. Don't bother as you will be either walking or trashing the trail.
Do you have more information?
If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.

Thanks for the heads-up on Muppets
... but Lower Cambourne and Bare Creek Tracks both still had plenty of wet spots (lots of running water) this morning. Cascades exit up to French's Forest was pretty good.
