What do you mean exactly by "closed down" - Barricades? Notices? Razor-wire?
Currently they have a MLALC phone number on them, and a NPWS logo among others.
I believe someone is following up with NPWS to see if it is legit, but it smells decidedly fishy.
MLALC has taken a sharply anti-bike turn in their approach since the new CEOs takeover.
