Rode from Nerang along Perimeter and out Long.
Dry as a bone (apart from the permanent puddles on Long). Even the creek crossing on Perimeter near the Horse trail head was dry!
Clear travel lines on most everything and the fallen tree on the sandy bend East of the Long and Perim junction cleared.
Only downside to the dry is soft sand building in places, but nothing drastic by any means.

I rode along the Larool Track on Saturday and even the cobblestone section that is usually semi-submerged was dry.
