Very wet, stacks of puddles on the Rolstan side of the Heath track. Seems to be more puddles than normal. St Ives side is good.

All good with most of the puddles being near the bottom of the valley. The creek on the bare creek track is very sandy on one side and has sticky mud on the other side.

Lods of water in the shady sections. Your bike is going to get muddy and you're going to get wet.

Very wet!! Still rideable, had lots of fun but bear in mind it will take its toll on your drivetrain. Very cool thou, rivers are flowing very fast and very high.

Very, very wet although Cascades is on of those trails you can ride in the rain.If you don't mind being soaked to the bone and covered in mud then it's fine.

Nice and dry with just a couple of puddles int the low, shady sections. Lots of walkers, joggers a riders out this morning. Probably saw 40 - 50 people and I hit the trail at 7:00am.

Rode down the quarry track and out via Lower Cambourne. A few damp bits but overall pretty good. Fair bit of erosion around the hike a bike to get across the creek on Lower Cambourne.

I rode the Cascades today and was surprise at its condition. There were a few puddles at the bottom, hence the name.
The hills aren't getting any easier. Great ride out!!!! Enjoyed it.

Predictably boggy in the usual shaded places but on the whole the track is ridable. There is notable damage by cars/trucks but no noticeable damage by mountain bikes.
